I’m I’m Fran - an ex-corporate business consultant turned London coach, here to help busy men and women cut through the noise and finally get results that last.

I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer, EIQ-certified nutritionist, and CrossFit coach - but more than that, I’ve lived this journey myself. I’ve done the extreme diets, the bulk-and-cut cycles, the bodybuilding training, the endurance events like triathlons and half marathons, and the long hiking challenges. I know what it’s like to push to extremes - but I also know how to actually love life while building a strong, confident body.

The gym didn’t just change how I look - it gave me strength, resilience, and the confidence to live fully. That’s why my coaching isn’t about crash diets or programs that take over your life. It’s about strength over skinny, longevity and health over extremes, and confidence that goes deeper than the mirror.
